The Association Of PANDA

We are an organization for the membership and advancement of Palo Alto Neighborhood Disaster Activities (PANDA).

Members of The Association Of PANDA have been trained, tested, sworn and certified to perform as Community Emergency Response Team Members (CERT) within the community of Palo Alto, in the County of Santa Clara, in the state of California.

Training and certification was performed by the Palo Alto Fire Department under the leadership and supervision of the Office of Emergency Services.
